
The 2025-2026 Reflections theme is I Belong
Entries for the Lyndon competition will be due Monday, January 12th.
Students, you are invited to the Reflections Arts Workshops!
Who: Any Lyndon student (K0-8th grade) interested in participating in Reflections
What: Bring your lunch to join the workshop session(s) for the arts category you’re interested in. You can enter as many categories as you want, so feel free to join as many workshops as you’d like!
Where: Conference room next to the Front Office
Why: Learn about the category, get some ideas, and set yourself up for success with your Reflections arts submission
When: During your lunch period on the following days:
- Literature – Tuesday, December 2nd
- Dance Choreography – Thursday, December 4th
- Music Composition – Friday, December 5th
- Film Production – Tuesday, December 9th
- Photography – Thursday, December 11th
- Visual Arts – Friday, December 12th

- Step 3: Don't forget to deliver your original art to the Lyndon office as this will be displayed at a Reflections Arts Showcase in the spring!

- Dance Choreography -- Performances of unoriginal choreography are not accepted (Recitals). Recording should be unedited footage. Detailed Guidelines
- Film Production -- Entries must be primarily composed of original footage shot by the student (80-90% original footage). Detailed Guidelines
- Literature -- Collections are not permitted. Detailed Guidelines
- Music Composition -- Performances of unoriginal compositions are not accepted (Recitals). Detailed Guidelines
- Photography -- Photographs may not include graphics, text, digital images, etc. Detailed Guidelines
- Visual Arts -- Critical reinterpretations of existing artwork are acceptable if the student creates an entirely new piece of art. Renditions are not accepted. Detailed Guidelines
